Q: How do I know an item is authentic?
A: Authenticity is our #1 priority. Every piece is carefully inspected in-house by our team of vintage and luxury experts — from stitching and hardware to brand markings and materials.

For added peace of mind, we also use Entrupy, a trusted technology that uses AI to verify designer items. (Think of it as a digital second opinion.)

Certificates of authenticity are available upon request for a small fee.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. For more details, check out our Policies Page.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once your order is placed, we can’t make changes or cancellations since each item is held specifically for you.

Q: How should I care for my vintage bag?
A: Vintage leather and fabrics deserve love! Keep your bag in a dust bag, away from direct sunlight, and avoid overfilling. DM us for any specific care questions — we’re happy to share tips.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Not at the moment, but every order ships securely and beautifully packaged for a special unboxing.

Q: I haven’t received my order yet — what should I do?
A: If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, check with the shipping carrier first. For any other issues, reach out via email: hello@unkwnarchive.com and we’ll help track it down.

Q: Can I request more photos of an item before purchasing?
A: Absolutely! DM us on Instagram and we’ll send additional images or details so you can feel confident in your purchase.
